Terms of Use

Match.INK is a digital matching and communication platform that enables users to discover tattoo artists, review portfolios, create listings/requests, send messages, and use favorites and save actions.

Under the current product design, the platform does not provide in-app payments, deposits, or commission services.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information.
• Creating a fake account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

• You represent that content you share in listings, reference images, or messages is yours or that you are authorized to use it.
• For images and text you upload to the Platform, you grant Match.INK only a limited license for display and ranking within the Platform.
• Insulting, harassing, threatening, deceptive, or unlawful content is prohibited.
• Messaging, listings, and support channels must not be used to share unnecessary sensitive data.

Tattoo services may produce permanent outcomes by their nature. The Platform brings artists and users together digitally.

Responsibility for physical application, hygiene conditions, the artist’s professional decisions, and the final service outcome remains with the relevant artist and the environment where the service is provided.

Match.INK reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete your account in case of violations of these Terms.

You may request account deletion at any time. Account deletion requests are received via email and the public deletion channel and are generally finalized within 30 days at the latest.
