Privacy Information Notice (KVKK)

Your personal data is processed by Match.INK as the data controller.

The official company title, address, and trade registry details will be added to this text when the pre-release legal package is completed.

• Identity and contact data: first name, last name, username, email, phone
• Profile and preference data: city, age group, gender, tattoo experience, favorites, and notification preferences
• Listing and interaction data: listings, reference images, descriptions, messages, favorite/save actions, comments and ratings records
• Location data: the city selected during registration and, if you use the feature, device location provided by your browser
• Transaction security data: IP address, session records, browser information, and logs
• Third-party account and integration data (Pinterest): If you choose to connect your Match.INK account to Pinterest, we may process limited account and integration data through an authorized connection via the Pinterest API/OAuth (including identifiers needed for connection and publishing).

The Platform’s standard flows are not designed to collect health data or similar special categories of personal data.

• To provide profile and preference experiences
• To operate listing, messaging, favorites, and comments flows
• To enable nearby listings and distance calculations (including kilometer-based calculations)
• To manage notifications and support processes
• To ensure information security and fulfill legal obligations
• To provide Pinterest features to the user who authorized the connection; to publish your own Match.INK content; and to enable link-backs to public pages

Your personal data are collected electronically through automatic or partially automatic means when you register on the platform, update your account information, create listings, send messages, use favorites, and use map/location features.

To the extent applicable, such processing is based on Article 5/2(c) of the KVKK (performance of a contract) and Article 5/2(f) (legitimate interests of the data controller), among other applicable legal bases.

Personal data obtained via Pinterest is not sold, rented, brokered, or otherwise redistributed to unrelated third parties.

We do not act on your Pinterest account without authorization and without a specific user action and your knowledge.

Match.INK is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially endorsed by Pinterest; the Pinterest trademark belongs to its respective owner.

Google Maps Platform is used for nearby listings, map display, device location upon the user’s request, and distance calculations.

Where legally required, data may also be shared with competent public authorities and judicial bodies.

Yes. Some of your data may be processed through infrastructure with cross-border connections due to services such as Firebase, Google Maps Platform, and Pinterest.

These transfers are managed under the appropriate legal basis under applicable law, including explicit consent, adequacy decisions, appropriate safeguards, or other suitable transfer mechanisms.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the rights to learn whether your personal data are processed, request information, request correction, request deletion or destruction, and seek compensation in case of harm.

Requests are generally finalized within 30 days at the latest.

If you disconnect Pinterest, we stop further Pinterest-related processing; active OAuth credentials and tokens are disabled or removed as required. Limited records may be retained where necessary for legal retention obligations or information security.
